Hope you Chicagoans are enjoying the beautiful sun that's shining through today!
So... I'm about to get a little deep right now but I was taking a stroll outside today and I started thinking about how truly important it is to surround yourself with good genuine ppl. People who believe in your ambitions and dreams just as much as you believe in yours and vice versa. If you are around people who distract you from your goals or from what you are trying to do, you have to start asking yourself.. do I really need this person in my life? Do they help me grow to be as best as I can be? and do you help them achieve there goals and passions the same way or even just support them. If not, maybe it's a good time to step back and think about the people who get in your way when you are trying to reach the finish line. People around you can definitely impact your life tremendously whether it be in a good way or bad way. The great thing is that the choice is up to you! On a side note: If you have longtime friends who are completely opposite from you and have different interests, it's ok. Just as long as they are understanding of the fact that you need to concentrate on being the best that you can be even if it means that you may disappear from there lives from time to time.. So my quote for the day is:
"Only surround yourself with people who believe in your dreams" ( and do the same for them. it's all about bringing out that positive energy;)
